Omnia Ventum is developing Tender Command Centre to support the bid lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and bid/no-bid decisions through submission and outcome.

KCC is being developed to generate, govern and maintain evidence-backed domain knowledge for authorised AI agents in Omnia Ventum tools, with named human expert review. Standalone organisations would manage private packs and access authorised Omnia Ventum packs.

KCC's design calls for named human expert approval of a knowledge-pack version followed by a separate release. Customer organisations would appoint reviewers for their private packs; this is not a promise that Omnia Ventum provides expert review for all customer content.

Marine-geophysical tender interpretation and compliance-gap identification for TCC is the first intended example, not an operational integration. Documents and exports support the knowledge service.

Omnia Ventum is planning Project Command Centre to support project delivery from concept and charter authorisation through closeout, initially focused on marine geophysical acquisition.

The lifecycle concept distinguishes a project stage from permission to progress, and a bounded condition from a mandatory hold. Internal closure is distinct from financial settlement.
